Start Sailing Intro

Start Sailing Introductory Course – 3 hours ($95)

Perfect for those testing the waters. This is a short introduction to sailing. A taste of sailing for those thinking about participating in the Teenager/Adult Learn to Sail Program.The program is aimed at Teenagers and Adults. The goal of this program is to get participants comfortable in small boats and introduce basic sailing concepts. Although participants will learn basic sailing skills, this is the first day of the Start sailing 1 course, so if you would like to continue for the rest of the course all you have to do is pay the difference.

What sailors need to bring:

  • Bathers, Towel
  • Wetsuit (if available)
  • Shorts (also ideal over wetsuit for protection)
  • polyester shirts and tops recommended
  • windproof and waterproof jacket
  • old sneakers or wetsuit boots
  • sailing gloves (if available, bike golf gloves etc are good)
